Salary range:
Full-time: $66,560 - $70,000 (depending on experience and education) plus benefits

Program Manager, Adult Day Program
The Program Manager for ETTA’s Adult Day Program located in the Pico-Robertson neighborhood is responsible for overall management, supervision, and administration of Community Integration Services on behalf of the individuals supported to enable them to live fully enriched, engaged and meaningful lives as members of the local Jewish community. This position requires experience working on behalf of individuals who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who require varying levels of support, as well as experience in supervision of support staff.

Essential Role and Responsibilities:
The Program Manager for the Adult Day Program provides the highest quality of on-going, daily support to the individuals served and their direct support professional team, delivered with respect, professionalism, and sensitivity to the Jewish context within which services are provided.

Duties of the Adult Day Program Manager include:

  1. Understanding and communicating ETTA’s mission and all policies and procedures to all staff;
  2. Being accountable for daily management and administration of Community Integration Services for individuals served.
  3. Overseeing, supervising, and training support staff working one-to-one or in ratio with individuals served.
  4. Completing and submitting all required paperwork and funding source requirements, including daily logs and progress reports;
  5. Working as part of a support team to develop goals and objectives for all individuals served, as well as monitoring progress toward goals and objectives by evaluating daily and monthly data;
  6. Building and maintaining professional working relationships with resident(s), family, Regional Center and members of the community.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with the DD/ IDD population.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Regional Center systems and funding.
